Vibrational Yoga with Anne

Vibrational yoga is all about movement and sound. We, as vibrational beings, perceive life through all the five senses, sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch. By getting to know these vibrations in and around our body and on different energetic levels, we can experience the power of sound and movement. Practices as meditation, mantras, mudra, yoga and energy awareness will be the core of these sessions. Giving ourselves the space to play and create awareness from within yourself. Experiencing how this inner consciousness changes your outer world, by just becoming the observer of this beautiful life unfolding. We invite you to come and explore with us.

These classes do not require advance registration (drop-in) and they are suitable for beginner to intermediate level students. The cost is Rs. 400 for guests, we offer a 50 % discount for Auroville volounteers, and on donation for Aurovilians & Auroville New Comers. About the Teacher

Anne was born in Holland. Four years ago she exchanged her architectural engineering ambitions for becoming a yoga and meditation teacher. A journey where many consciousness practices were explored and where she became aware of a deeper inner power – one that showed her that we all have the potential to heal ourselves. Arriving in Auroville beginning 2019, she dove into a deep unknown, where she is enriching her practice by exploring the power of sound. A new dimension of listening opened up for her through practicing Sound healing, Qi gong, Awareness Through the Body, Somatics, Mirrorwork, Vocal practices, Bodywork and Astrology. She’s now integrating all these different modalities in group and individual sessions. Her intention is to empower you in your own healing journey and guide you towards the source of your dis-ease. Enriching your awareness through all your five senses and providing you with tools that you can use to heal yourself.
