Tai Ji Quan with Lhamo

Tai chi is a non-competitive martial art known for its self-defense techniques and health benefits. As a form of exercise, it combines gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness. This martial art is an ancient Chinese tradition that has evolved over centuries and even though tai chi developed for self-defense, it has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that’s now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. Lhamo will be teaching 24 forms of Tai Chi Quan (which is a simplified style) for beginners; but according to the students level she will then progress to other forms of Tai Chi Quan like the 42 Style and the 37 Wu Style.
